CHARLOTTE, N.C. — NASCAR team owner Michael Waltrip’s Lake Norman estate has been taken off the real estate market. Waltrip’s home went on the market in 2009 with a $10 million price tag. Earlier this year, Waltrip reduced the amount of land for sale and lowered the price to $8 million.
